### Ingredients:
- **Falooda Sev (vermicelli)**:
- 1/4 cup falooda sev (or use rice vermicelli)
- Water (for boiling)
- **Basil Seeds (Sabja/Tukmaria)**:
- 2 tablespoons basil seeds
- 1 cup water (for soaking)
- **Milk Mixture**:
- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- **Rose Syrup**:
- 4 tablespoons rose syrup (adjust to taste)
- **Toppings**:
- Vanilla ice cream (or any flavor of your choice)
- Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- Chopped fruits (optional, like mangoes, strawberries)
- Jelly cubes (optional)
- Rose petals (for garnish, optional)
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Falooda Sev**:
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add the falooda sev and cook until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
- Drain the water and rinse the sev under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Set aside.
2. **Soak the Basil Seeds**:
- Soak the basil seeds in 1 cup of water for about 20-30 minutes or until they swell up and become gelatinous.
- Drain any excess water and set aside.
3. **Prepare the Milk Mixture**:
- Heat the milk in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and cardamom powder, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Let the milk cool down to room temperature, then chill it in the refrigerator.

- In serving glasses, add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup at the bottom.

- Add a spoonful of cooked falooda sev.
